Padded Weapons Training
Unique, Fun, Sweat-Enducing, and Mostly Safe…..
These are some of the keywords that sums up training with specially designed foam weapons. My padded weapons of choice are made by Action Flex. Once classes are setup, you can expect to build your knowledge in the foundations of swordsmanship. Though my knowledge is limited in the following Sword Arts, I would like to share my experiences with Modern Fencing, Capo Ferro, Italian Rapier, German Longsword, and some Gladiatorial Combat. Other weapons that are covered are Escrima, Knife and Staff.
