Freestyle Fitness incorporates TRX, Bosu, Martial Arts, Cardio, Calisthenics, & Flexibility. We train together to build our mind, body, & knowledge. Medicine balls, Weighted exercise poles, Free weights, Chairs & more are utilized during class. Self Defense and Fighting Strategies flows seamlessly into our exercises. End the evening with a little stress relief, by taking-it-out on our striking pad. Enjoy a full body workout, progressively increase your skills & choose your adventure.
